Macro To Run Mail Merge

I've been trying with no luck to find a way to get a macro to use results from a query in a mail-merge before printing all results, or at least just to get it so that the query data is exported to mail-merge.

Is this possible?
 
Do you want to do the mailmerge as a report in Access - or via Word?

Both ways are easy - but it depends on who will be carrying it out (admin people generally prefer via Word).

The user needs to be able to press a button on the switchboard which will open the mail-merge in Word.
