Is it possible to create on a form several cells for entry and than another cell that takes what is in those cells and puts it all together. For example: Cell 1: PBV Cell 2: 2000 Cell 3: Report Cell 4: PBV2000Report.

This for your reply. The ansywer to your questions are my combo box is selecteding by audit report # and my subform is showing all audit issues. I think I figured out that it has something to do with the way I have linked by combo box to my sub-form.
