    Just as a matter of interest, where does the database reside? Does it reside on the central server with everyone accessing it from there or is it a standalone database residing on only a handful of workstations?

    Sounds like it might be a corrupt database. You could try creating a new database and then importing everything from the original database into the new one.

    You might need to re-install Distiller. I use distiller quite alot for printing from Access. I have never had a problem yet.
