David... First THANK YOU... Next, I looked up the codes for entering masks. I entered ssn 000-00-0000 And it included the 'ssn' in the number format. Then I tried doing it another way, now I can't get anything to work. One thing at a time I guess.

Ok, I did a great job creating a form in 'mailing labels' (totally by accident) anyway, it shows the company logo in print preview perfectly. But, I could never get back to that one becuase I experimented with securing it - big mistake. So, I created another form just like it, not mailing label...

When scrolling through the form with the tab button, the combo box seems to have a tab all it's own.. I want it to be directly related to the field it's in.. is that possible?

You're right, it's simple. I love word, excel, and powerpoint.. but I've never taken a class in access and it seems to be more complicated - I was expecting a more complicated answer. Sorry to trouble you. Thanks you though. Can I delete columns in database view.. or just hide them?
