    ShaneMan's daughter

ShaneMan: As many of you know, I was diagnosed with Leukemia three years ago. Although it is a slow moving form, I still carry it with me every day. I'm just glad I have it, and not one of my children, or grandchildren. I'm sending positive thoughts your way, and to Kate.

    Mindless IT questions

Many years ago I told a woman in our office that if she would move the mouse in a circular motion it would affect the speed of the computer, clockwise would speed it up, counter clockwise would slow it down. Then two years down the road I notice she is still doing it whenever she thought the pc...

    Reference Current subform control dynamically

I have a form - frmBridge1. It has a subform sqlBridge1_subform. In the first field on the subform, I am using the gotfocus event to do some things. I just wanted to explore any other possibilities first. Wayne and Paul - Thanks for the input. I'm still going to mess with this a bit...

    Are you an atheist?

You are implying that all small children lie from the start to avoid punishment, are violent to meet their needs/wants. I have raised 4 children and know from experience that is totally false. Small children emulate their peers and their parents. If they lie to avoid punishment, then someone is...

    Are you an atheist?

At last, a post I can agree 100% with. Modern religion wastes too much. Too much life, money, energy... BTW, if you do some research, you can find all of the beliefs in modern Christianity have been "borrowed" from much earlier pagan beliefs. Heaven and hell, healing, born of a virgin, it's all...

    E:Mail

This isn't funny. We have low IQ people in our company that distribute these stupid emails inside the comany email system because they believe them and think they are doing everyone a favour. One of my jobs is to contact these morons and explain reality to them. :(
