Have you tried going into a module / form code and compiling it? It's possible that it may flag up something there.

There are a couple of ways. Personally, I think the best (and easiest) way is to do it via a query where you pull the data from your main table and the info you wish to look up, from the other table(s). Alternatively, you could do it via a DLookup function (if you look that up on Access help...
