    Query Pop ups

    In yoou query under "Criteria" say you want records for a specific employee number. put [Enter Your Employee Number] then when you run the query or report a pop up will appear saying "enter your Employee number" and only those records will pull from the query.

    Why not do the calculation in your report or on a form? sum the amounts and then subtract them to come up with the difference in a text box.
