Lacey, your category table doesn't have any way to link to the contact table. I think your Category table needs to capture the contact ID. Then you need to link the master and child forms with the contact ID from each table.

Ok, I can help. Have a few questions. I assume a tool is being billed for a job until it ends up at a different job? What happens when you don't have any other jobs? How do you stop billing for that tool? This would all be easier if you just had a check in and check out date for a tool and job.

You are always using Report View, correct? If so, make your report bigger. Drag the right column from 10.5 to 20+. Drag your report footer lower also. I attached some pictures as examples.

I disagree with EternalMyrtle. It is possible to create a form to do this. I attached an example. Test it by adding an employee to tblData, close and reopen the form. They will be put in the correct column. You can add a macro to do this when you go to design view of the form.

Here's an example of what I was talking about. You'll need a folder called c:\temp on your computer. It should output the text and picture from a form into a PDF file and then open that PDF file. I know you want Word and I played around with it for a little bit, but the picture won't show up...
