    Data not found

This code was posted earlier. Try it and let us know if it worked. You could also do a DCount to see if there are any data. ' Cancel Open if FORM has no data Private Sub Form_Open(Cancel As Integer) If HasRecords = False Then Cancel = True Exit Sub End If...

    Skipping Auto Numbers

Answer 1 Never had Autonumbers dissappear by itself, but on reports they might not show up if your recordset it not displayed for any reason (e.g not meeting criteria) Answer 2 Yes. Eating your favorite food twice every day will make sick and tired of at one point of time. Take a break!!!

    Parameter Query calls too much

Same stuff for reports. Your report is bound to a table or query when you create it from scratch or with the wizard (even if the form properties don't show anything in the row source). At the same time it creates a query "behind" the graph. Go to Design View, click on the graph and click on the...

    Parameter Query calls too much

It looks like you set the Record Source for your form to the query as weel as the record source for your graph on that form to the underlying query. You need to set the record source to the graph not the form and that should atke care of it. Marcel

    Charts

It is normal that the display you see in View differs from the one you see in Form view. If you only have one value and open the form in Form View it should open as you describe though and not with multiple values (bars or line dots). Hard to tell what's happening this way. If you like top...

    Charts

In design view adjust the size of your grid and the size of the background of your graph in the detail section. Click on the graph to resize the graph itself. You can change properties such as fonts, colors and much more right. Maybe brush up on these in your instruction manuals??

    DateDiff

I used the following in a textbox on a form based on your fields =(DateDiff("n",[HrsDebut],[HrsFin]))/60 and it gives me exactly 3 hours between 11.00 AM and 2.00 PM. All other times work also. Good luck

    Charts

Could you post more specifics on a chart you want to do. It looks like you want lots of things to happen. I do a lot of charts, but try to keep them simple to avoid overkill or clutter. Post an example and I'll be more than happy to get you started.

    Catch 22.

The warning of not having enough memory more than likely does not relate to the "physical" memory of your system. This happened to me at times after working on / changing forms/reports/codes in one database over and over. The only solution is to open a new database and copy everything (tables...

    Help me please

When #Name? shows up it typically means that field is not in the table or query that your report is bound to or - if the textbox is unbound- that the expression does not refer to the correct source. Check this out an let us know if you need more help. Marcel
