Whenever I create a new query or report, it automatically becomes Hidden, and the only way that I can see it (still as hidden) is to close out of Access and then go back in. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure if the issue I had is the same as you describe, but I tried the following and it worked: Right-Click on the Navigation Pane header. Select Navigation Option from the displayed list. Select Double-Click (if it is not selected) under the option-group 'Open Object with'.
