Question Navigation PAIN!!

As an absolute newbe silver surfer I appologise if this is the wrong place to ask this question. I am trying to write a database and so far so good, however I have somehow managed to move the right hand vertical bar of the navigation pane so that I can nolonger see the pane. I bar now is locked in position and cannot be moved. Can anyone tell me how to fix this so that things are back to normal.
