    Clickable links in Report?

We have frmBookings and from this, we run a report (rptBookingsByDate). As you would expect it lists all the bookings for the entered date. The report shows a variety of information such as Venue, Contact Person etc etc and a Reference number. What we normally do is just look at the reference...

    Tweaking my Cascading Combo Boxes

Sorry for the old-topic-bump... To answer my own question. The .Requery method is better for cascading combo boxes. Why you ask? Because using the other method spits out an error when data being filtered contains an apostrophe - I assume because Access interpreters this as a command instead...

Simply way to use the same code in different places?

Ahhh that makes alot more sense. Will Access automatically change the respective enteries in the code for each individual field? @MSAccessRookie: Thank you for the information!

    Database tripled in size?

Wasn't this bugged in Office beta programs? Surely they can't put this down as "by design". Something to nag them about in Office 14. It is if you a running DB over a network, and your manager refuses for it to be split in FE and BE :(

    Database tripled in size?

I would try Compacting it (Tools menu) as Colin suggests. One thing I don't get, is why Access does this in the first place?

Simply way to use the same code in different places?

Yeah that doesn't help. Where do I put this code and how do I apply to 3-4 date/time fields at once(txtDateOfBooking, txtDateOfEnquiry and txtDateOfCancel). Instead of having to copy and paste the code several times and change it accordingly?

    ACCESS 2007 database compacting

Would it not be better to use "Compact on Close" method. Rather than anything else? IMO using SendKeys was a bad idea too.

Simply way to use the same code in different places?

Simpler way to use the same code in different places? I find myself using the same piece of code in different places. Just wondering is there a way I can store the code, and call it later? So for example, I have alot of Date fields on my forms... And I'm using the following code in...

Oh crap. That sounds alot more complicated than I like. Any samples floating about that I can take apart? It's not something that is absolutely needed. Thought it would be a nice feature to have.

    Tracking what users do?

No idea where to post this, please move if in wrong place… I need a method to track what users do in the database. Nothing too detailed. Just something, that makes a log like: This only needs to be seen by a few select people. I plan to implement User Level Security, so everyone will have...
