Displaying entire contents of search results?

    Form refresh

Try creating a subform and then placing it on your form with your combobox then set your Link Master Fields to your combobox and your Link Child Fields to the controlling customers field of your subform. Once you choose a customer with your combobox it should display its record in the subform.

    Form to Report query transfer

Hi Mike, You would change it in the WHERE Clause to reflect the Primary Key that the Form (Demo) is using to display the current record. But I wouldn't change this Query, I would make a copy of this Query and change the copy until you get the results that you want. That way you always have...

    Filter a form using VBA

I have had issues in the WHERE Clause that if I don't encase the key's name in brackets [] it may not work. So I always encase DoCmd.OpenForm "ClientServicesInput", , , "[Clientid]=" & iContactID

Tip Navigation Pane Scroll Bounce -- Access 2007

Hi phinix, Sorry I am not too sure about Windows 8 but the only fix for the Navigation Pane jump that I have found in Windows 7 is on the "Make it easier to read what's on your screen" is to keep it set to "Smaller = 100% (default)"

Displaying entire contents of search results?

If every field of your search criteria is set to "Like '*'" then every field will have to be populated with something. "Like '*'" removes nulls from the query.

Fill datasheet subform based on selection in parent form

I am sorry but I am not sure what you are trying to do... Please break it down step by step maybe I can understand better of what you are wanting to accomplish. Thanks

Fill datasheet subform based on selection in parent form

Try building a query from the criteria on your form and then run it. Then with the query running go to the create tab >other forms dropdown and choose datasheet. That will create a new datasheet form > save it, close it and then drop it onto your form as a subform.

    cannot save form

Not too sure what you are trying to do... but I always find that if you can't do something to go back to when you could get the form to save. Then try to make your delete button again.
