This is nearly a match to a thread i posted on friday - with just a little more info: I'm making *another (different - I swear!) report so that the department can print labels (name & address). The label dimensions are 99.1mm * 38.1mm. I have no problem in the data downwards, i.e: add1...

    Expiration Date

I need to set up a query that works out an assessment expiration date: Students take 3 assessments in no particular order. Once they have passed their first assessment, the date of the pass is noted. Also, they have 2 years from that date to complete the other 2 assessments - or it all gets...

I have a 2 page report - but its now 3 because a blank page comes in between the pages. I thought it was a margin problem - like you get in word, so have played around with them but still get the blank one. Its now getting very frustrating - even though its only a cosmetic thing. Can anyone...

my query links 2 tables. Student Data, and Students-means_of_qualifying: My query runs a list of the students enrolled at university-along with their qualifying degrees. The list is a little long, because if a student has > 1 degree, it adds that as well, and i only want the 1 record by...

But why doesnt this work? Its in the control source field of a report: =DCount("[YearOfEntry]","Stu-StudentData"," [YearOfEntry] = '2003' ") and comes out with an error on the report. While i'm here, how do i get it to come out once, rather than for every student??
