I'm having trouble with my vacation tracker database. The allotted vacation time keeps defaulting to 160 hours. If I open the "add/edit employees form from the main menu and click on details, it changes the allotted hours from what I had back to 160. Any help is appreciated.

Yes this system is gone. The IT guy had to install a new hard drive and the old one is trashed. I had forgotten that I never moved my database to the server like the IT guy told me to. Hard lesson learned.

My computer crashed and I lost my employee vacation tracking database. Does anyone have an Excel spreadsheet or other tracking method they could share please? I really don't have time to build a new database. Thank you for your help.

This is database which means it looks at entry field individually and if the data does not match then is a different record. You should use a unique supplier code or make your entry field a pull down option box so your data is always consistent.

I don't have an issue creating the report, the issue is how do you create the report so it has the check boxes and the when you choose the report it open up with the item checked you selected from the input form. When I went to create the report none of my check box option groups were created...

The answer to why, is when the property is rented by one of management companies they charge a fee, the other two possible renting people/company do not charge a fee, so I just wanted the fee to auto populate when the rented by "Dunes" was selected. Save me a little typing (lazy I guess)

I'm having a small issue with a form/calendar I'm working. When I enter the "unit name" in my "F-Add Reservation" form. It is putting the unit name in twice on the departure date of the "F-Reservation Calendar" form. I changed some code and now I can't figure out what I did to get this????
