Please Help me to achieve this...

I think it should look something like this (probably with some refinements) As it happens, I spent the bulk of my working career in the printing industry, so I have a fair idea of what you are after. ps, I object to being called Sir !!!

It looks to me that your table structure is incorrect. You should have an Orders table, linked 1 to many with Operations table, linked one to one with Machines table

Table Structure for Customers Billing, Company & Delivery Addresses

Seperate table for addresses - it was very difficult to keep track of it, but if you have more than 1 address, i guess there is no other option but seperate tables. My biggest problem was when we had to migrate in new company data, it was very easy to get the Customer & addresses out of sync

If I might buy back into the debate...The above is correct! whether your client buys 3 times a day to the value of £000,000,000 or your customer buys once every three years to the value of £1.50, the DATA you need to process the order is the same. You are building a DATA BASE - it belongs in 1...

Table Structure for Customers Billing, Company & Delivery Addresses

I remember the ERP system my company used, this was a complex area, we had about 8 different addresses that could be entered to hadle the multiple requirements, but it looked like some double handling to me... I was thinking along the lines of (attached)

Table Structure for Customers Billing, Company & Delivery Addresses

My thoughts were for a Residential customer, you would only one entry (in most occaisions) eg Napolean Blownapart - 24 Rue d'Awakening Paris: Company, Billing & Shipping all ticked, so no matter what paperwork was required, criteria would be met. True, it does get more complex when Groups...

Question Importing CSV file drops text from one field but keeps numbers

Another approach is to create the table in Access, and format the problem field as text and then import into an existing table

Table Structure for Customers Billing, Company & Delivery Addresses

Would it not work if you had tblAddresses AddressID (PK) Billing (y/n) Shipping (y/n) Company (y/n) That way, you only need to enter the address once and where the appropriate box is 'true', the correct paperwork can be generated

    table relationships

I think your problem is in your form design. You can't go from tbleNames to any of the 3 final forms without first selecting an activity associated with the Name
