here... u know access has some help on syntax too. also, u can search for keyword here. and it's even faster. Forms![SearchJobs].Visible = True on open report u can put false, and close report make it true.

Access 97 can u convert this to access 97 format.

after update event use after update event to refresh your form and set focus to form.
