Hi Guys Tried searching on this but drawn-a-blank........... I have fields in my db that hold a surname and a ref type... i.e.... Bloggs (R) I need to use a wildcard in the query that will bring up Blo *, in short include spaces, and any ending of the primary search.... Can it be done...

I have a db split into fe and be, run on a server. In another forum I was advised to unbound both my main form and the boxes there in. I need to know how.... I can call up and existing record from the table, and filling all the feilds with data from that ONE record... and.... How I can save...

Well it does make an exe.. it is a third party progarm.. it makes a fe exe.. but the db stays in access... it was written / sold by Quest .. not seen it for anyother version than 95 or 97 access.... However, it does have a problem with some Docmd and Setfocus.... Did Try the MS Access Runtime...

Wish I had the guts to charge £125 per hour... :( As I said, I charge £30 which is a fair price given all the work, and sleepless nights.. LoL From my experince, the people that want a db often move the goal posts half way through... so hourly is a better way of keeping them in check... most of...
