Have tried this stuff, it's still not working. I've just copied and pasted all of the sheets, reports and macros over to a new database and it's still doing it - I've 'repaired' Access and reinstalled my local printer - does this suggest that my data may be corrupt somewhere? :confused:

Thanks RuralGuy, I do have a local printer attached but it's not the default - does this matter? I have had a few problems with the driver in the past(it's an 'all-in-one' and it no longer responds to pressing the buttons on the unit for scanning etc). I didn't realise that a printer issue...

I did get an error message when I opened up the database about it not being able to do something with data from the folder (as it didn't exist anymore). So assuming this is the problem, how do I now fix it (other than changing the file name back, as I have done). :confused:
