ohkay sorry about that... what i did was opened the query, added all the tables and opened SQL view. Copied the code and put it in row source. Was that the right way ??? :confused:

umm .. this is wat it says when i use the option button and click on the command button : RUN TIME ERROR '2427' You entered an expression that has no value. :(
