Hi I have a form where there is demand information with a check box for on demand this is used in a query for items on demand so I dont want people to forget to check / uncheck it. Is there any code I could write so that if the qty in the demand info is greater than 0 the check box is checked...

yeah i suppose. one more thing I have demand information and a tick box for on demand is there anyway that I can make it so that if the demand qty is 0 the box is unchecked and visa versa if there is a qty in it it is checked? thanks

I am trying to make a form that I can access from my main form then which will have a qty box then when i fill in the qty and click update it will amend the qty box on the main form Is this possible? If so how do I go about it? Thanks

One thing I have been wondering . . at the moment People have to change the quantity of the stock manualy is there any way of doing this by just clicking a button for adding or subtracting (sometimes more than one item at a time)
