Ok easy way. Is there any one control on your form that is always poulated if there is any record to display? I.e. A record ID field is always a good one. If this is the case then use this field for your If IsNul loop your code would go somthing like If IsNull(Me![Mycontrol]) Then...

    Form Problems

I think I know what you are looking for but correct me if I am wrong. First, I can’t see why you would want to open a form behind your switchboard. Use your switchboard to fill the screen. However, First thing you need to do is disable the windows task bar as this can be used to min. apps...

    WAB Files

That must be it.I don't have Exchange drivers on this machine. I hope BF1 is still watching this thread as he may find this little discovery useful. I didn't think anyone used WAB anymore but then again I suppose a lot of people still use what they are used too. By the way I know it's off...

    WAB Files

You can exporrt WAB to different formats so it should be possible to set up a linked file if nothing else. You can then use the generated table to base a form on, I know it is possible to export directly to Outlook and to a .csv file. but I don't think Access can work directly with the .wab...

Thanks Rich Yes it is a bit. What I wanted to do is come up with a system similar to Quick Books. I need Asset tracing, Payroll, VAT, IR etc. So the chart of accounts gets really convoluted. Cheers Pete

Purchase Order / booking in form

Ok so you are entering the amount of stock items delivered. How are you working the balance? Is it run as a calculation, a query or manual input on this form? If you run this as a query then you can use that to display the information you require. Run a query against the underlying rs to find...
