I would try a combo box with the team Names. A subform with the data needed. Relate the 2 form with the team ID. Dale

Sounds to me that the database is about employees. KPI is an attribute of employee and reporting time is an attribute of KPI. Employee 1 to many KPI 1 to man Reporting time. Just my thoughts. Dale

I had a problem trying to type in the editor after opening the frmPasswordScreen. It would NOT let you type a space. Could not type in commands. Strange. Dale Note: It appears to be the timer Event. Since the form does not close the timer continues to run.

I found a few places in your form code where you open a DAO recordset several times but only close it once. You use the same name and I don't know if that will reopen the same recordset or open another with the same name. You may want to look at your code to make sure you close each instance...

If I am understanding correctly. Access does not know what to display until you select something from the combo box. After selecting something in the combo box the data should display correctly but not before. Dale

In the design view, select all fields and right click. Select Layout and remove layout. Dale

in visit Dates table remove the PK from QuarterOrPealID and make it a number type. Make sure that in the data tab of your properties sheet that the parent child relationship is set to QuarterOrPealID. Then this should happen automatically. It may take a form4a.refresh. Dale Dale
