    I have tried reboot. The command gives me accdb=Access Application.14 I dont know what the 14 means but at least we get "Access". I think the best will be to uninstall / reinstall Access and hopefully will fix up the registry where I think the problem exist. I will do that on the weekend

    Good point but I only have Access2010 + Office 2002(no Access) + Office 2013(no Access). In any case all was ok until a few days back, I will click an.accdb file in Explorer and Access2010 will fire-up. Not anymore
