hi, if I have a table I attached it and I need to make query if NameCode Duplicated sum Number1 and 2 and 3 and query show all other table but in number1 and 2 and 3 show the result

if I have 1 table this table with 6 column (Name - number1 - number2 - number3 - number4 - number5) and column (name and number1) can be duplicated and I need a query to show all data but hide duplicated for number1 show only one value for duplicated value in number1 i'm sorry for my English :(
