    Would you please elaborate? What should I look at? I know that the database is still very complicated. Is is too large that Access gets "confused" or something?

    It varies when the argument comes up. It has been when running a macro to update the DB. It always occurs at one certain query. Other times it occurs when trying to enter data into a form. Does it depend on what is happening when it occurs?

    Add blank records to Detail section

    I need some help entering multiple fields into a report/letter from a table. Since this is a letter it is not always the same amount of fields and data. How would I block out the fields in the detail section of the report? Does this call for a macro? Thanks for any help!
