I have a 65 page report. It lists 27 states, with various data per state. Some states are on one page, others take up 3 or 4 pages. Each page has the state name. Thanks in large part to the help i've received on this forum, it's a great report and works perfectly. However i've been asked to...

I just can't figure this out...

YEEHAAAW! That's the trick right there alright!! I think I may have actually started doing it right one time, but I never saw the change take affect while in Design View so I figured I was on the wrong track. However this time I did see the difference and from there on it went smoothly :) BIG...

I just can't figure this out...

I figured pics might help to explain better, so I made a representation in word to better illustrate what i'm talking about...

I just can't figure this out...

I'm finding this very difficult to word, so I apologize in advance for any confusion. I have a Report that is working "almost" perfectly, but this one problem is really annoying/frustrating me (and the fact that I don't know doodly-squat about Access 2007 isn't helping any lol). So I open the form and use the record navigation buttons on the bottom of the screen to view each...

Can I make a button do this?

@ColinEssex: They'll see all records for item-x (item-x = Desktops, Laptops, Thin Clients, etc...). EX: There's a button for Desktops, a button for Laptops, one for Thin Clients, etc. They push the button and all Desktops are selected, then they use the record nav buttons in the lower left...

Can I make a button do this?

I have a form which has 7 fields, listed top-to-bottom. When I open this form it retrieves the first record from a single table and displays that record in those 7 fields. I want to place 1 button on this form (several in fact, but 1 to start out with since this is so new to me). The sole...

    Looking for a "how to"...

    Looking for a "how to"...

I'm about as new to Access 2007 as one can be, so please excuse what may be and obvious question (and thank you in advance for your patience). I've created 6 tables, which are called: DESKTOP LAPTOP THIN CLIENT PRINTER MONITOR NETWORK EQUIPMENT I've already entered some information...
