Earlier today I wrote this comment:

I then read the above post & thought it would do exactly what I wanted:
However when I used the memo field in a rich text box on the form it appears blank

Hi again

I forgot to mention that I have done something similar elsewhere using a form with a web browser control to hold a rich text memo field

This allows me to include images and hyperlinks as well - see attached screengrabs.

It works well but I was trying to avoid using that approach again as I found it somewhat clunky to administer.
Your method would be easier ... if I can get it to work!
