I have a date base to modificate in work, unfortunatelly autor of this data base is not available. How can I check which query was used to bild a specyific form(data sheet form)? This date base is to big to check it manual. And can I add date from another query to this form and how?

Open the form in design view.
Then open the properties window and check the record source.
Click the small button with three dots to open the record source so you can edit it

I realise this is your first post here but it is forum etiquette to say when you post at more than one forum. Otherwise we waste time repeating points made elsewhere
