i am having trouble creating a report for "Student Contact Details".
i made a query but the query gets incorrect data.
in the school there are 12 houses
each house has 4 PC groups
each PC group has a teacher
each student is in one PC group
however when i do the query it says that a student is in each of the 4 PC groups for there house. so what i am asking is what have i done wrong and why is it showing each student in 4 PC groups instead of 1.
the report is meant to look like
my 2nd question is when i do a "Class List Report" i want to have a counter on the bottom saying how many students there are in the class. i have attached the file as i think seeing it will be much easier to understand then me
