2003 combo box missing canGrow property in Report

I'm having a formatting issue in my report. I have a combo box containing several donation types. When I look in the combo box properties it is missing the usual can grow/can shrink options and is truncating the values in the report rather than wrapping them.

Anybody know whats going on here?

Combo boxes are not meant for reports as you can't select from them anyway. Change it to a text box.
