2003 toolbox & # of records limitation

Hello all -

Can anyone answer the following:

How many records does MS Access 2003 hold, i.e. is there a limitation & what is it?

The toolbox greys out after being selected on the Menu options even though Tools/Startup/allow built-in toolbars is selected - is this a know bug or does someone know how to activate the toolbox in 2003 version?

The limit is 2GB for the file. Otherwise there is no fixed limit to the number of records. I have had Access databses with up to 10 million records in a table.

It is a long time since I used 2003 and I can't picture the problem you are having with the toobox.
