2003 vs. 2007 - which is better?

Hi everyone. Right now, my database is in 2003. Should I upgrade it to 2007? Are there any benefits? If I do this, will it mess with the coding (does 2003 coding still work in 2007)??

I am leaning towards upgrading to 2007 simply because I like the layout better, I have 2007 for all my other Office products, and I like some of the new features. But I don't want to do anything to screw up what works right now.

You can upgrade the designer to 2007 and continue to use 2003 mdb files.

I have not seen a good reason to change to accdb files yet, indeed quite the opposite as some users seem to be complaining about bloating files in accdb format.

2010 has many improvements on 2007. I would go to that instead of 2007.
