24hr Time problems

Hi Im trying to establish the hours worked from start time to finish time. I have created a field for the result (Total time worked), the problem Im having is that some of the start times are 18:00 to a finish time of 08:00 which should be 14 hours but I can't seem to get it to work. Can anybody help????

Found Problem

Thanks for the link, but it didn't help. I managed to find the solution which works fine,
=1+(FinishTime)-(StartTime)
This works fine.
