2nd issue with a template

As i said in my other thread... I'm really a newbie.

in this template on one of the forms, there's a button wich opens a mail in outlook. adapting the fields to, cc, bcc and subject is no problem. the problem is the mail itself. The body of the mail contains the content of the field "description" BUT limits it to 256 caracters. as the field description is oftne much longer than 256 caracters, ... i really have a problem because i really must be able to mail the whole content of the field description. is there any way to go beond the 256 caracters?

Build the string within your vba code and you should be able to have enough text length.

My emails start with Dim stText As String

This String Variable will hold what ever I need to email.

On the Form, use Memo to hold more then 256 chrs.
