3 - 6 line mailing labels

I am trying to print mailing labels that have from 1 to 4 lines of person names (detail section) and 2 lines of address (footer section). Due to the differing number of lines the printing gets out of alignment with the labels. Suggestions?

Format your data with the required number of lines when printing.

Thanks for your response. Could you be more specific. Are you suggesting that I fill with blank lines those labels that have less than 4 names, so that all labels have the same number of lines? If so, how do I do this?

"Name1" & vbcr give 1 line.

"Name1" & vbcr &vbcr gives 2 lines.

etc.

vbcr is "line feed."
