3 combo criteria search for report

Hello there,
I am building up a fuction in our Curriculum Vitae (CV) which can allow user to search base on 3 diffirent combo boxes for diffirent columns then preview whatever it found in report altogeter after clicking a preview button.

I searched on your current website and found that DLOOKUP would probabably appropriate to my need but I just do not know where to start with.

Could anyone give me a hint please?
