that is old one. try downloading and unzipping to different folder the one i upload on post #18.

you put Form2 and Report1 in Design View.
on both form/report click on the pertinent textbox.
on its Property->Format->Format, choose Standard.
save the Form/report.

Format is for Display only, so you will see comma on display.
internally access does not save those comma.
