I'm in the process of upgrading a front end from Access 97 to Access 2002. I've got a form bound to a table. On the form I've got some text boxes bound to the fields in the table. The problem is that the data is not displaying in the text boxes. As a test I've created a new form and used the same data sources and bound the fields in the same way and the data displays. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here and I don't want to recreate all the forms again. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Roy.

Going from A97 to A2002 you will find that the default dataset mode changes from DAO to ADO. If you are using VBA with recordsets it should help to define any recordsets as DAO.Recordset.

You may also need to check the references in the VBA screen to make sure that the DAO object library is selected.
