Please refer to the menu.gif for an idea of what I am trying to do.

A Form referring to a large query where the user can select the results by selecting for each item either ">" or "<" and either an $ or % referring to the data. Each line should be OR, (but will settle for AND!!)

I have been told to do this in querydef to no avail as despite long readings and books on sql programming I am no further ahead.

The error is as follow:

Type mismatch on the > or < selection as the sql puts an '=' equal sign in front of the criteria (> or <). [Forms]![AC_Dealer_list]![COmbo EB Volume] & [Forms]![AC_Dealer_List]![TExt EB Volume $]

I hope that you can help me on this..If the solution is querydef, well, i'll redo my reading.!!!

Thanks in advance

Thanks Pat for the precision..

I know how to conctenate the 2 criterias (i.e. > 100,000) from the 2 fields.. What I do not know how is for the SQL to accept the > (from > 100,000) as an operator at the end of my sql query.
