i have a form which is called course
fields are coursecode, description, title
also i have another form called attendance
it has coursecode, #kids, #adults
a given course is held only at once. so theres a 1:1 relationship.
i incuded the 2nd form as a subform of the first one. but theres a small problem. whenever someone enters data for the subform through themain form, and then press tab, all the values are getting stored and the contents of the subform gets cleared. i.e when i enter the attendance data from the course form, at the end of that attendance subform section, it gets saved and the contents of thath form gets cleared for a new record (of the same course number)
i want to stop this... to lock the records soft of thing...
can u please suggest me a way of doing this ?
