A person can be under debtor and creditor. So to keep its info in one table only?

Hi

I am to create a debtor and creditor listing each. some companies/persons can be our company debtor and creditor also. Hence, is it okay for me to record their details in both listing? Because i understand that i suppose to store a piece of info in Access only once.

Ideally in a properly normalised DB you would have a people table linked to your debtor/creditor table(s). This mean you would only need to store Name/address/contact details in one place but could use them where required.
