a simple e-mail export solution

So this database that I am working on, it will be viewed by several people, and we would like there to be a button called something like "report error". Basically when you see something wrong on the database, you can report the error by clicking on a button, and you get sent to your e-mail (outlook) and with pre-written questions like:

Which product is this regarding?
answer

What is the problem?
answer

And of course with a pre written e-mail adress.

Is there a simple way to do this? Will it be a problem if people have different outlook versions, or even other e-mail programs?

This database will eventually be online, for people to see.
Perhaps the simplest way is to just link to a HTML form or something?

any thoughts? How would you do it?

I've done an email thing with a client other than Outlook. It causes a new message to come up in our email client, sent to a particular address, with certain default text. I imagine you might be able to do something more fancy with Outlook, since it's apart of the office suite.

The simpliest way to do it is with a hyperlink, using an "mailto" address...example:

email_btn.HyperlinkAddress = "mailto:" & EmailVariable & "?subject=Your%20subject%20line%20Request&body=Put email message body here."
