Hi guys, does anyone know how to use the absolutePosition propery on a datasheet?
Here's the setup : a datasheet as a subform, based on a table (not a recordset). I'm trying to put in a record counter, i.e.
1 (record details)
2 (record details)
3 (record details)
etc. and I think the absolutePosition property will do it - I just don't know how to apply it. Little help anyone? I can't use an autonumber as the table the datasheet is based on contains records associated to other items as well.(foreign keys).
If anyone has any ideas or suggestions I'd love to hear 'em
