Accept License Agreement

Hello, I have a stock database which works very well. I had to change my computer so copied my database file to the new computer. Now everytime i open the database i have to except the license agreement to continue. How do i change this so when i have accepted the agreement it does not appear each time i open the database. Appreciate any help.
