ACCESS 2000 Report problem

I have a form with about five fields with combo boxes having look-up lists and some having look-up tables

I use this to print a PRESCRIPTION for drugs

When I write 3 drugs for a patient
that is 3 horizontal lines

like

ASPIRIN 2 tablets 3 times a day for ONE week
DIAZEPAM 5mg at NIGHT for 5 days

and print this.....

The print has these lines repeated several times on the printout! completing the entire length of the prescription form

why is this happening?

I am not trying to print multiple pages
There is enough space for the maybe 10 lines

Kumara ... besides assuming you are a Dr. (sorry bad joke), I assume you are working with a main form for each patient and a subform for the prescriptions. If that is the case you probably need to make sure the parent/child link properties are set correctly.

If that is not the case, you need to provide us more information so we can help you find a better solution.
