Access 2000

I have just converted a file from access 97 to Access 2000.
I have a couple of problems. On compile I get an error message "can't find project or library" I understand that these libraries have the info to run but on setting a DB as Dbase and also on any function of Date it errors.
I thought it was my code and I have a book on access 2000, and all the program they have given me are giving the same error message
Any one shead some light on this problem
Is my new copy of Access the problem???

I have had the same problem. I'm not sure
what the pure answer is but I have fixed the problem by creating a blank new 2000 database and imported the tables/queries/forms/macro/modules from the coverted DB to the new blank DB. The error seams to go away? spooky....
