What are the major differences between Access 2000 and Access 2002?

From using it as a programming tool, not a lot really, I have A2002, but I have it set up to work as A2000, I have no need to use the later version and most people are still using A2000 so if you start making programs in A2002 not many people will be able to use them!

What about Access 2003?

Any reason not to set up a database in 2000 when I have 2003?

Here's what help in Access 2003 brings up when you ask what's new

If you have the option to upgrade to 2003, do it. There are enough developer enhancements to make it worth the trouble. You can stick with the A2K file format to maintain compatability with your users if necessary. Just be careful to not use any new functions, properties, or methods.
