Access 2003,Parameter Input that Accepts Multiple Parameters

I am working with Access 2003, I created a CmdButton that works off a query to select multiple parameters. This works well. My problem, the query I am using is a lookup list of 47 CareOptions. The end user will need a way to see what is available. I created a combo box with the drop down to list the 47 CareOptions. I found thatthis is not the answer because I would have to type in a parameter, enter the comma then go back again to the combo box find another selection, click out of that, open the CmdButton and type in that parameter and continue to repeat this action until all my selections are entered to the Cmdbutton.

There must be a better way to handle this. I would appreciate your advise and direction.
