( Not a fan of Office 2007 - a real hack job  )

Surely there is a way to view forms when instanced, as a form and not a full sheet? Forms are not being shown as their designed height and width but in a tabbed full sheet view when going to [ Form View ] from [ Design View ].

Whats up with that - please tell me this is not the way it is - there is an option check box or something somewhere to go back to 97/2000/2003 windows forms?

click the button in the top left and go to "access options"

Under current database you will see "document window options"..

click "overlapping windows".

you will have your forms back

Hmmm.... Looked right at it when searching before.

MS isn't stupid, why on earth would there be such an interface to begin with?

Thanks.

Tried it but it didn't work for me. I am in Access 2007. Simple form (no queries) with one subform. Looks fine in design view, all I get is the header in form view.
Any other ideas?
Thanks.

Is the form blank and the right size or does it look smaller?
